Q. How old do I need to be in order to take lessons?
A. 7 years old and up is the most common age, although it is possible to start at 5 and up.
Q. What do I need to get started with lessons?
A. All you need is a acoustic or electric guitar(guitar amp)
Q. Should i come to your house or you come to mine?
A. Either way works(when i come to your house rates will be different, you can check "Rates" section)
Q. How much practice does it require?
A. I recommend practicing 45 minutes or more at least 3 days a week. The more you practice the better you get!
Q. My son/daughter is in band/school band, but I'm thinking about furthering their skills with private lessons. What are the advantages?
A. When a child gets private, individual instruction, they increase their skills dramatically because the teacher can easily identify the students strengths and weaknesses many times overlooked in group instruction.
